Privacy

What the three informational sites process today, what they do not intentionally collect, and when this page must be reviewed.

Short version: These informational sites do not currently offer user accounts, public submission forms, or advertising pixels. Cloudflare adds browser-based performance and page-visit measurement. Security, hosting, email, third-party fonts, and external-link processing also occur.

Information processed when you visit

Cloudflare and the web host may process information such as IP address, requested URL, date and time, browser or device information, request headers, security signals, and server-log data needed to deliver, secure, troubleshoot, and maintain the sites.

Browser-based performance measurement

Cloudflare adds a real user monitoring (RUM) beacon to all three sites. This browser script sends performance and page-visit information to Cloudflare, including the page URL, loading and rendering timings, browser memory diagnostics where available, and a page-load identifier. Cloudflare also documents collection of referring-page information and other technical performance signals. This browser-based measurement is separate from ordinary hosting logs and CDN security processing.

Information we do not intentionally collect on the sites

The sites do not currently provide user accounts, comments, memorial submissions, newsletters, public forms, or advertising pixels. We do not intentionally ask visitors to provide diagnoses, treatment records, health histories, or personal stories through the websites.

Third-party font delivery

The sites currently request the Lora and Raleway typefaces through Google Fonts. When a browser makes those requests, Google may receive the visitor’s IP address and ordinary request, browser, and device information under Google’s privacy practices ↗.

Email

If you email [email protected], the project receives the address, message, and information you choose to include. Do not email urgent requests or unnecessary medical, treatment, or identity information. Email is retained only as reasonably needed to respond, keep an operational record, protect the sites, or meet applicable obligations.

The sites link to government agencies, service providers, and community organizations. Those destinations operate under their own privacy practices. Review the destination before providing personal information.

Security and changes

Reasonable technical measures are used to deliver and protect the sites, but no internet service can promise absolute security. This page will be reviewed before materially different tracking, forms, accounts, comments, submissions, newsletters, advertising, or ecommerce features are introduced.
